One more thing that wsa not discussed with the financing IMO: warrants

Basically this mean that if 29  millions dollars should be in Orbite pocket if market value of Orbite worth more than 300 millions roughly. if technology is demonstrated successfully the market value should be back around a billion which give a stock value  of 2$.  Orbite doesn't have to look behind anymore....
I believe that technology will be demonstrate before the end of the year, the 300 millions value will be reach and past at the same time on its way to the billion dollar value.
