Apicore option value.

Apicore option value. Does anyone know where I can find more information on the price of the Apicore buyout?  I have seen someone here mention $40m but haven't been able to find anything in the company's filings that supports this statement. i contacted the company twice but they never got back to me which is frustrating as a shareholder.
