The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

There are no indications from the company to justify the ratcheting up of the propaganda machine on this board. Roger could very well announce a further delay to Q4 2016 while they iron out the issues. Increasing a position now is nothing more than gambling on heads or tails.
