Interesting take on the markets in general. 
You are right is the markets go down, NYX is in a tough spot. 

Another thing, NYX is still slated to get on the TSX. That wil be a short term catalyst. 
Meeky also shared the email from the PR rep. Seems she's sending out a canned response as I also received one practically word for word. I'm not happy about the SP but I keep on thinking that Matt Davey has alot of skin in the game. So do other investors such as WH and Amaya. The last financing was at 2.75 so we're a buck under what the smart money bought in for. What does that say? Just a bit of perspective.

Here's hoping for a rebound.
