credible offers may not be the word
more like offers that are below what the compnay believes they are worth
The LARGE shareholders are not going to vote to sell when they know the company is an organic growth machine...I'm sure they can wait a year

not the news everyone expected but at least they have made a decision to oursue a london listing. In a perfect world the shorts will get tired of this story and move on to another vulnerable stock
