RE:Ray Smith and his Board of Directors need to go!!!!That's what happens when the self interest of the Bxe Executive & Board becomes more important than the Bxe shareholder. Prepare yourself for more pain...any offers for the company will be deemed too low in the eyes of the Boards opinion until all shareholder value is ZERO. Bxe shareholders will never be privy to the rejected offers and never have an opportunity to vote on an proposed offer!
