RE:I was doing some DD on this companyI am not an expert on the legal system and lawsuits involving stocks and the market. I have been involved in 2 lawsuits. The first, SINO Forest, I received about 5 % back of my original investment in that company. The second was ARMTEC, again I received about 12 % back of my original investment. If I learned one thing, it's that investors don't win, you will get something back, but mostly the lawyers get rich in the process.
