Many institutional owners own this thing under various names, HArringtons 19%, is more in the high 20s with other names owning the other %'s.
They may have just not voted at all for all I know after they saw they were losing or they may have turned and voted with the winner as they had no other choice. What I do know is they wanted status quo badly and started buying up more shares under shadow names.
I only know what my hedgeys tell me and they would not decieve me, there is no purpose in that. At the end of the day like I said does it matter who voted for who or who owns how many, what matters is we have new management and we are gettting less stealing of funds ofr personal use now (we hope) and hopefully a sale.
