You are welcome.   But it really was a group effort and I think BearDownAZ deserves the most credit by far, as he really did the most to add to and improve the original rough draft.   

We welcome comments and additions by all shareholders.  I think Bear has asked for comments by 5pm today, as I think the plan is to get this list in front of management as soon as possible so that they have time to reply before the AGM.
