Safe jurisdiction is a high priority for me in a company. Mexico is safe but please don't stray any farther.

Overall the deal sounds good. We get a cash flow and a strong possibility of expanding the resource. On the negative side I'm a bit concerned about the depth of this management team to juggle another ball. Time will tell but I'm sticking with Ewan.
