RE:RE:RE:RE:A checklist of concerns for managementThank you, JK. Much appreciated. And no, I don't mind at all.
In my personal view, his reply was a textbook example of "fortress mentality", which (in my personal view) seems to view our list of questions as a challenge.
It is not a challenge in any way. We are the shareholders! We have long supported this company! But we are very understandably frustrated by the share price and the sense many of us have that things are "business as usual" in Calgary.
We seek a new relationship with management - one of more openness, more disclosure, and a more proactive attitude towards the share price. We realize that the lack of disclosure results in a depressed share price - to our detriment when raising funds is considered.
In the past, webcasts by the company have been characterized by allowing either zero questions or very few questions (mostly from friendly analysts and investment industry parties). We seek a fresh start where they demonstrate that they realize that they also work for us! The AGM would be an excellent venue (if webcast) whereby they could publically make a good faith effort to get us the information we seek.
