FCO HAS IT!!!FCO does not have any cobalt.  They have a piece of property, without a mine, that contains a pile of ore that contains cooper, silver, gold and cobalt, but they do not have money or people to get it out of the ground.  Until they do, they cannot sell anything to anyone except their property.
