I would guess spinoff news, so we probably wont see this trade again for maybe a week or more.
They would need to complete the spinout and division of the companies values before releasing Purity results, otherwise the HPQ gains due to purity will be diluted by the Gold part of the company.
I say we will not see trading again until the split is completed, and the new company as well as HPQ will start trading at the same time when the Halt is lifted. It took about a week to sort out the recent name change, so its probably going to be that long for this halt in my opinion.
