Shareholders could care less about his personal feud with Cohodes and instead he should focus on what he's paid for. Now what, he's using the salary the shareholders give him to sue someone because his ''image'' is hurt ? He's got this in reverse. It's his actions, or lack thereof, and how he runs this company that led to the decline in price, which in turn led to shareholder frustration, which in turn led to shareholder losses, which in turn led to insult-exchanges. And here we are. This won't hurt the short interest one bit.
