Money Raised From Share Issues

This company has issued a lot of shares and cash to buyout private companies over the last few years. They have also issued debentures to raise cash. Looking back over the last few years, it seems they have raised nearly $80 m cash from share issues (can someome check my numbers).
So $80 m and we have about 380 m shares or $0.21/share. Funny, that's where we are now!
Looks like no value given for the business purchased?
