1) Appolo won't, and USD $ 50 would be a premium of 177% or $ 2.5 billion just for the equity. Then there's the other $ 3.3 billion for the debt.So they would basically be boosting the EV from a current $ 4 billon to $5.6 billion just to satisfy the grumpy shareholders ? They have deep pockets, they're just not stupid enough to pay this kind of money on a low-growth company.
