Logical DDC target?

Both MPV and SWY carry a billion market cap so does DDC they are all about the same so DDC would need to offer 50% more value than its own market cap to do a deal. That would require a massive paper exchange or put a large debt load on DDC who has zero debt on its balance sheet now and would anger DDC share holders to take such a transaction on.

Snap? well if Debeers could not mine it at a profit then its a good bet no one can.Besides if Diavik has no more ore and Jay does not produce much returns buying snap means DDC is strapped with 3 dead mines.

On the other hand buying PGD solves Diaviks closing cost problem with D0-27 and Chidliak provides DDC will at least 20 yrs of mine feed of high quality diamonds from the Southern Focus 8 pipes.

DDC needs to buy PGD ASAP to dove tail the opening of Chidliak with the Diavk and Ekati lower ore production start ups.
