RE:RE:RE:How high will NSU stock price be in 1 year?Stock is way undervalued! Zero market value on Timok South - nonsense - that portion of the acquistion is probably the best part of the Reservoir acquisition. They're going to be spending $20 million in the next few years in exploration- the Upside is huge!
Lots of Upside though some geopolitical risks remain. Those risks diminish with each passing day, as the cash balance grows, and the Reservoir acquisition takes centre stage. Within the next 18 months the new NSU will be a totally different company than it is today.
The combination of Bisha, Timok has the potential of a $50 stock price and higher! within the next 5 years.
If you think I'm pumping and exaggerating, think again! NSU has the potential to bust loose at anytime. The catalysts on the short-term is the Zinc plant.
Management is astute. Gold and equivalents are being monetized during this transitional period, keeping cash inflows coming in.
Once commercial production is achieved (within the next 5 months or so) the focus will be on the 2017 zinc production and zinc prices.
At the very least cash generation will be along the same lines as this year, even if it takes more time to get the Zinc plant operating as planned
On the other side of the coin, cash flows could be huge if the plant achieves its goals earlier and zinc prices continue higher
Simulteneusly, exploration updates on Timok, Bisha, Rio-Tinto joint venture will add further value with significant upside
Longer term, NSU is probably one of the best mining investments around. Timok, North and South Zones, Rio-Tinto joint venture, and the prospects of finding "another" Bisha are tantalizing.
Bases are loaded - zero outs - and the best batters are up.
Play-ball!
