With many pharma stocks trading at 2x,3x,4x or moreof  cxr s current valuation. A share-swap deal with another company still remains a viable possibility. A buyer could add $1 billion in sales in a highly accretive manner if their stock was at 12x earnings versus cxr s2.5x earnings
