I don't think that you may want to revise what your pump is here.  Since Brexit, RBC has lowered their target US$24.00 (lowered $17.00 on  June 24th and lowered US$7.00 on July 31st).  
Goosh, they are moving there target down faster than the stock is going down (and thats like a pretty waterfall on my chart). 

Of more concern is that their Q2/2016  forecast Adj. EPS was revised to $1.26/share versus consensus of $1.49/share.  So if RBC is right and "know what they are talking about" as you have indicated in your post, it will be quite a miss on earnings.  And I will toast Mr. Thompson once again for "firing on all cylinders".
