It Utilities segment also includes storage facilities and contracts for interstate natural gas transportation and storage services, as well as the affiliated retail energy marketing business. Its Midstream segment includes global exports, which includes its two LPG export terminals; natural gas gathering and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling. Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

If you were to buy one oil company right now the only one I would look at is Parex Resources. It still makes money at $30 oil price. Huge resource with lowest finding costs in business. I just bought a very small initial position on Friday. Will buy on any further weekness going into fall - Slowly, with lean more towards later fall, say november.

I just sold BIR for $8.95 a couple of weeks ago(bit too early) after buying in the low $4's about 3 months ago. Will buy again in September on a pull back.
