I don't know about that.  You would have to do the following:

1) determine how much Vimovo CVS sells in comparison to other providers
2) know that Yosprala is about to fail inspection horribly and not go to market
3) be certain that with these depressed prices ARZ is still not looking to make acquisions.

If all 3 are negative then I can see your point for sure.  If not...
