Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:Take the arbitrage difference..

RE:RE:RE:RE:Take the arbitrage difference..I continue to disagree and the market continues to back me on this (seguay ... congrats Queen ... that was an awesome experience for you!) .....  generally when the SP falls to the strike price of a BD there is more dilution than this but also the PP's in those cases are usually for example a unit for $2 and a unit consists of one share and one warrant and the warrant can be exercised for $2.05 to buy another share.  That is not the case here .... I said it should not fall below $2.20 and it has not.  Too much upward demand pressure offsetting the effect .... plus APH has $30M that we know it is investing somewhere soon .....

I had to agree with the Queen here, seen it many times , also been part of PP where you short the stock until the pp is closed to purchased price ..The only way you are guareanteed a win win keep the PP trences and short the stock till 2 bucks guaranteed 29 cents win..

Long term Aph with go, at short term there a better entry level than this price..Glta.
