Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

Three scenarios:

(a) Either Stampp will file last minute to give investors response that you better respect us if you want us to respect you with timely release.

(b) Financials a mess since CFO was fired and new C.A. firm won't approve audited financials due to time constraints

(c) Material developments on the way which prevents release of financials (ie:  Buyout from firm in Arizona)

Investors do not like uncertainty so I hope financial issue is cleared up.   What gives me comfort is that REIT firm did dd and agree to give $ 10 million at $ 1.10 per share so my hunch is that there could be material talk, hinted by lab in Arizona.
