Jerseyman or others:  Has anyone with a large position sought a legal opinion on the matter?  If so, what was the outcome.  Unfortunately for me, my lesson here is likely to be less expensive than the legal fees to seek an opinion on the matter, however I am sure there are others such as Jerseyman that had much more at stake.
