I bought after the financing. Hum is a sure thing now. Ok upside is limited as you say.
But imo still a suite sure triple from here in due time.
Your share price assumption is based on the fact that they will build a mine and have such sure income? And the funny thing is that they still will nee debt! See: https://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/HUM/12839653.html Dan Betts, Managing Director of Hummingbird Resources, said: "We are now in a position to commence full-scale construction in order to bring Yanfolila, one of the highest margin undeveloped gold projects in Africa, to production. This equity placement enables Hummingbird to move immediately into detailed engineering with a clear timeline to production. The Company will now have a strong balance sheet and is positioned to negotiate the best possible debt terms for our shareholders." So diluting shareholders and still raise debt? A triple from current levels would mean that a lot of stuff is going as planned which was not really the case the laast 12-24 month and without forwarding Dugbe I am not sure a 100koz/y Producer with 7-8years mine life will reach +350mio USD valuations... So this is not such a sure thing as we still do not know on what terms the debt portion will be raised and how much further upside it will take away from current shareholders... Just my personal thoughts. DYODD carinthian
