ITA and approval from HCI guess that I need to justify my question (and comment) by saying that I am a shareholder of TLT and I am also hoping to hit a home run with this stock. I listened to the interview of TLT's CEO last Saturday and some other interviews made at Korelin. I also tried to consult the rules on the ITA posted on HC website. I tried to do my best to make up my mind and understand the delays involved and what to expect, but these rules are not the easiest one's that I have read in my life. This being said, I kept coming back to the same questions over and over again with the delays. Is it reasonable to think that we will have an answer within 15 days for a 500+ submission paper, when TLT took about 7 months to answer HC's questions? I was also wondering if after a delay like the one TLT took to answer HC additional information request, it becomes a new submission or it is still continuing a proccess with HC by providing the additional information requested. It seems to me that usually, HC gives the company a delay to answer properly otherwise it is considered a new application. But again, I may be way off track, as the rules are not easy (at least for me) to understand. Moulouk
