Everyone who holds and owns PGD shares has a say, The company will disagree, but we do. We have a say as to the direction of the company.

We have these rights because of the IIROC, the IIROC monitors and oversees companies and BIG trading houses. They do it for us.….the little shareholder.

The IIROC protects us from the misdealing’s and corrupt nature of companies who are out to steal our hard earned monies and who make  false claims and promises i.e. Bre-X.
