RE:RE:RE:Courts could never 1. The other directors where directors. Murray was VP. Losing 3 directors and the VP would probably have been cause for a stock halt. Furthermore, being an upstanding person of moral and integrity Lori probably offered Murray a chance to stop what ever it was he was doing that eventually ended with him being fired with cause. All speculation of course.
2. You claim that you have seen documentation that shows that Murry "MAY" have put forth his resignation. Well, it either happened or it did not. If you have documentation then you must know which one it was. Why play games? Probably because you are just like Rick and Molson. All talk, all BS, all the time. No proof, no evidence, just webs of lies.
3. You seem to not think the stock was pumped and yet it hit over 300M market cap without a single drill hole. Companies with millions of ounces proven and still adding more never reached market caps that high. How can any sane person not accept that the stock was pumped?

I have been going over some documentation that show that Murray may have put forth his resignation when his collegues were asked to resign, but the CEO and corporate secretary refused to accept it. If this is in fact the case, whatever he did that was worthy of being fired, occured within a very small time frame. It was certainly much later than the so called pumping of the stock.
