Junior: I guess it is a bit contagious! A bit uninformed there as well! Pre-IND meeting and IND submission must take place before negotiating a "trial with the FDA."

That would be interesting if it had anything to do with what you originally said which was --> "There has been no data on humans yet.. or at least not in public".

DATA means the study would have been completed or at least partially completed. So stop with the laughable diversion about Pre-IND and IND.

Again, clearly you have no understanding of how clincal trials are done.
