When you have 105 million shares outstanding and very little liquidity it does not take much to push this lower on only a few hundred thousand shares.

I think the next earnings report they will have to show a good forward looking plan including listing on the TSE etc.

Lots of people and most definitely funds are hesistant to buy a sub $2.00 stock on the junior exchange.
