Anyone have any ideas on the insider ownership here? Perhaps some shareholder activism could return value to shareholders.
I would consider buying in the 4-5 cent range.
What is the cash burn rate like?
The reason? Because some shareholders are in desperate. In short term, TST absolutely is not in bankruptcy. In long term, currently, the team is looking for buying assets. One possible solution is let CEO step down because he needs to be responsible for the project failure.
I have some shares, not many, but I will vote for any suggestion of letting the old team leaving, liquidating assets and dispersing all the money to the shareholders.
