are they on the cusp of insolvency ?
- No their solvency ratios are perfectly fine

did they pay way too much for open bet ?
- OpenBet acquisition made them a dominant player in their space - acquisitions are usually at a premium and the acquisition was funded using multiple resources

is there another issue coming ?
- So vague..

is NYX a scam ?
