RE:RE:Below Cash Value

RE:RE:Below Cash Value
"I will vote for any suggestion of letting the old team leaving, liquidating assets and dispersing all the money to the shareholders."vm------------------------------------------------As will I...Here's the mandate that makes most sense IMO.... 1. they need to engage a team (M&A consultants) to see if they can find a buyer for the IP and technical expertise and staff, and loss carryforwards. Preferably in the form of a Merger with a share exchange OR cash + shares. Many potential suitors could very well be looking for some combination of (a) cash (lots on TST's balance sheet so far), (b) Loss carry forwards, (c) their MCNA expertise, (d) their shelved cattle vaccination business, or (e) their state of the art vaccine plant.--------------- 2. regardless, and in the meantime, continue to look for buyers for the pieces. Limit the cash burn as much as possible. Watch Mgt compensation VERY closely. ----------------3. If they are unable to find a buyer for the whole thing in 3 - 6 months, for say 15 cents/share, sell off the pieces for 10 cents (post burn). Doable as long as the there is not an unnecessary delay.--------------------------------- 4. starting again with some new venture would be a crime given their track record at building shareholder value. Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice, I'm a fu*king idiot. MM
