That's how you do it!Are the old debentures for sale?  I am sure there are lots of buyers that would buy that debenture that offers shares at .092 a share ...I will offer you debenture value plus 15% or you can take your debenture at face value in 9 months plus the interest payment. Seems like an easy sure deal if anyone wants out on their debentures.
