I have considered carefully today. I want to commence a special shareholders meeting. Following is the initial proposal:
1. Current management team can keep their positions, but the highest salary should be less than 200k dollars including bonus before the final deal approved by all shareholders. Please consider how much money lost for the shareholders! Due to the failure of project, the team should be responsible for the failure.
2. Any assets take-over should be approved by the shareholders and the dissidents should have right to take their part of money based on the net value of the company.
3. If during the period of 3 month, the team can't find assets take-over, the team should liquidate all the assets and disperse all the cash to shareholders as a special dividend.
If you support my proposal, please second me and write your number of TST shares. Also, If possible, we could mail our proposal to everyone of shareholders and pursue their support for the special meeting. (Of course, we need some donation for the mailing expense, for example minimum is 10 dollars for stockhouse users)
I hold 680k TST shares.
