For what it's worth, I bought 3000 at 1.19 today around 15:55 (after your original  Stock on Watchlist message) via QTrade with no problem. I wonder if TD themselves are doing the manipulation... They've been selling and buying very often by lots of 100 in the past couple of weeks...
