I'm not long or short and came in for the trade and now its an "investment"...  But James you make some points that I didn't know about coming into this stock.  I disagree on one point that you said that short sellers profit on the misfortune of others. Its really frauds profit on the misfortune of others.  And from articles you have posted and what I read over the day, I have to wonder how much this is different from Valeant the more that I read up on it. From what it seems to me, the guy who is giving the buyout story is a fraud and the other guy who posts about some kind delivering gifts that sounds as crazy as Roller did.   If there was a leak of a buyout then there is no way the stock would be up only 50 cents in the last two days after a 17% drop.  If anything the leak to some was not a positive one on the day that it dropped 17% as  some people got out.  The CIBC report and that pharmacy dropping the drug was not enough to pull it down like that.  It was bad news that did, whether it was credible news remains to be seen, but come on we have all been in stocks where good news is leaked like this philophillo guy said and the price doesn't crawl up 30 cents.

I'm simple enough to realize that the 100-150 people that read my post aren't going to move the stock. And an optimist like myself will rarely listen to a naysayer because I can always find a way to convince myself otherwise. Take it or leave it, but a true investor needs to have the facts about their investment, and I'm speaking to some of those investors who read this forum so they have an early look into the British National Health Service investigation before it becomes public in North America. There's a crystal clear storyline in the news articles that follow.
