LawsuitSo let's say 40% of the deb holders vote no and scuttle the deal. No other offers show up, the company goes into receivership and ultimately shareholders and deb holders get nothing. That means a minority of holders have essentially stolen money from the majority that voted yes. Would the yays be able to sue the nays for the funds they were denied by the nay voters? After all, the vote isn't anonymous is it.
