The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

While this may be true, it sure the heck doesnt make sense. Seems that "a lot of people" have been working on this for months. Are you rewriting all the docs from scratch? Lots of People + several months DOES NOT = no transactions, low overhead costs, lawyers/auditors taking their time. PERIOD!!!
