RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MDFor anyone who believes (JK at one point did) that going private is an option for RF/EF, do your research ((CBCA and BC Corporations Act).  It's not easy given this current ownership structure.  There are a few ways/mechanisms of going private and lots of risks, including litigation, failure to get support, court approval, fairness opinion, open period for subsequent bids, etc.  For example, in a Plan of Arrangement, in this case would require the "majority of the minority" approval.  Not a likely scenario at all unless the price is too good to be true.  Do your research.  Just google "going private transaction".  Here's an older summary, some things may have changed.
