RE:RE:RE:RE:Can someone tell me...I think it's safe to assume the first semi-annual royalty payment from SICPA will only be the guaranteed minimum of $750,000; as we have not been able to find any evidence of significant new contracts. There's still hope the second half of this year might bring a large enough contract to exceed the minimums. Those Phillipines procurement process seams to be near a decision after the news agencies have been discussing it over the past year: https://www.philstar.com/business/2016/04/27/1577047/3-firms-vie-boc-fuel-marking-program Six months would be a really short sales cycle for any government contract, but I see potential for them to begin building momentum after the first 12-18 months of groundwork is done...
