RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Can someone tell me...Since the submission part of the tender process closed months ago, the silence and apparent inertia around the EU fuel marking contract award process continues to amaze me!  One would think that the billions of Euros in revenue on top of the policy gains which would result from this fuel marking program, would incentivise a speedy resolution and implementation?

At any rate, the people at SICPA timed the GFI purchase with the idea of taking this massive contract.  It also may be a matter of pride as much as business to win this one in their own backyard.  I would suggest that none of this huge potential is built into EUO's price here and now.  Any hint of a win would be another reason for an instant double!
