What I do is simply watch the % Drop from previous major peak which was February in this case. And the % under the weekly and daily chart moving averages. Usually the % Drop from previous major peak has to be between 85% to 95% below before a rally (right now it's 93% below) and the % Below MA the last time HVU gained 3.6 X last summer it was 73% Below the Moving Average on the Weekly Chart.
