a net loss of income of over 1/2 billion in the last two years... that puts a company right at the bottom and you are going to give long term incentive to those same people that put it at the bottom?????   this cannot go any further down than bkrcy so any long term incentive or short is completely rediculous as there are only two way out for cus ... 1- bankrput  2- hang on and eventually it will rise some as it cannot go any deeper  so why the incentive???  you want the real test... cut out all wages and give it out in shares only.... now we will see if the board  and management acts prudently or not when it is their only money...
