RE:Hearing in Niko graft case today

Does the Bangladesh Government really think they can just ignore the ICSID and do what they want without consequence? Although the  ICSID will exhaust all other options first,  they will have no choice but to impose penalties’ against the Bangladesh government or  lose all credibility.

 
If I understand World bank policy there can be no further  World Bank loans or credit extentions  for Bangladesh until they accept the authority of the ICSID.
