ANONYMOUS Must Have Two-Pronged Objective

ANONYMOUS Must Have Two-Pronged ObjectiveAt first I thought their actions made no sense.  Why hold the price back if you are losing stock in the process?  Why not let it run up a and get a bit more for your shares?

The only thing that makes sense now is that they have twin objectives of distribution (or shorting) going into a placement (that they are likely underwriting themselves) , while at the same time attempting to control the price level of that placement.

If it gets away on them and the offering is priced higher that they want, then they will lose money on the short position that they are building up with the intention of covering with new stock from the placement.

But they better hurry up, because if this goes on much longer, I might just decide to A$$ rape them.  I have met the GTA managment on several occasions and the company is run by a cagey old Newfie who likely knows exactly what his underwriter is doing.
