The factors you cite will not affect the market in any way but will provide insight to sound investors such as yourself--the 'herd' really doesn't care. A non-event it is.
For my part I will be glad to be proven wrong. Why? Because in a bull market surprises tend to be pleasant and to the upside. Cheers!
