RE:vote "no'earnings release are due today, i want to see what the numbers look like for the last three months with oil averging over the $40 mark that they said was their break even point. no reason that they cant service their debt load now. this was a dividend paying company 12 months ago. full disclousre and bonus disclosures up front and fair
