Traders WallIt is a common tactic for traders to set up a wall normally at a round number (ex. .$.20) and when the share price gets to this number a short position is taken that will drive the shareprice down. This also has the effect of moving the weaker investors into selling which also adds to the selling pressure.
We hit a high today of $.195 and within seconds the selling began which quickly drove the shareprice down to $.145. It appears that the shorters are now buying back their positions and we should be back to $.20 again soon. Investors here should anticipate this phenomenon and if you are a trader you can profit from it, however if you are a retail investor you have to be careful you don't sell into these planned sell offs that benefit the short sellers.
